Everybody claims caffeine gives them that energy boost and focus but i don't seem to feel anything. I usually don't drink coffee. But when i drink coffee or energy drinks i don't feel anything. Should i increase the number of cups to get its effect? Thanks in advance. Smiley

You can if you want, but it also depends on the type of coffee you are drinking. When it comes to energy drinks, they seems to take a little bit to actually kick in.

All of this depends on what you daily caffeine intake is. If you are pounding soda all day, then you probably wont really feel the coffee or energy drink kick in.

Apparently Redbull and vodka have a similar effect on the brain as cocaine, so maybe that's where to start next..
